You'll find us on the south beach of Zandvoort, between Hippie Fish, Ubuntu, and Kayuca. You relax with us, and enjoy food and drinks at their places. It's that simple.

Heroes Martillo isn't your typical summer job. It's a place where you work hard, learn fast, and grow stronger both physically and mentally.

🛠️ What do you do at Heroes Martillo?
You'll be working on the beach in Zandvoort, together with a large team. Every day you help set up the beach, prepare the beds, welcome guests, and clean up at the end of the day. It's physical work, you'll lift, run, and work in the sun. But that's exactly what makes you fitter, tougher, and more confident.

📈 How do you grow?
At Heroes Martillo, we work with a growth system. Every team member gets a role and can move up from beginner to leader. For every step, you receive clear guidance, feedback, and support.

🔹 Heroe Martillo – You work independently and know what needs to be done
🔹 Green Hawk – You guide new teammates and keep oversight
🔹 Legend of the Morning/Night – You coordinate the setup or breakdown
🔹 Prince of the Beach – You lead the team and oversee the full operation

Heroes On Demand (HOD) is a job platform that connects motivated young professionals to temporary assignments in hospitality, retail, and events. But not just any young people. 

Only those who have first proven themselves on the beach through Heroes Martillo can move on to Heroes On Demand.

This ensures that companies receive consistent quality, while keeping the process transparent and fair for everyone involved.

Who is HOD for?

• HOD is designed for young people (ages 16–26) who have demonstrated that they can work reliably, responsibly, and independently within the Heroes Martillo program.
• It is also for companies looking for temporary support but without compromising on dedication, attitude, or craftsmanship.

How does it work?

• Only pre-trained and carefully selected Heroes can apply for assignments.
• They work through payroll meaning they receive a legal contract, insurance, and clear agreements. 
• Every job contributes to their personal development and growth within the program.
